Nevin and Sunita Bansal founded the company with the vision of being a trusted partner for our clients and a positive contributor to the communities we live in.    Leaning on a family history in print, we’ve grown to become a resource for our clients in helping to grow their business, attract new customers and stand out from the crowd.  Our belief is that every interaction should be a win-win.  This philosophy helps us to do what is right for the customer, the community and our team.

Nevin Bansal

President & CEO

Nevin has over 15 years of diverse corporate and small business experiences in marketing, management and strategy. Nevin enjoys working with clients, colleagues, and the community to analyze current situations, challenges and goals and develop a path to achieve better outcomes. Nevin has a BBA from Kent State University and an MBA with honors from the Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business.

Nevin is an active volunteer in the business and educational community as a Small Business Council Member for the Columbus Chamber, Board Member for the Greater Cleveland Partnership and Council of Smaller Enterprises as well as the Fisher College of Business Alumni Board.  Nevin enjoys sports, poker, traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Sunita Bansal

Vice President

Sunita has over 10 years of business experience in marketing and finance.  Sunita provides analytical and strategic support to help guide our performance and ability to meet client needs.  Sunita has an MBA with honors from the Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business and is a Corporate Mentor for Fisher students.

Sunita enjoys playing tennis, traveling and spending time with friends.

Karen Schumann

Administrative Coordinator

Karen has over 15 years of business experience and a broad background in commercial property management with a focus on executive assistance, project management, and marketing.  She holds a degree in Journalism and Psychology from Indiana University.  Karen subscribes to the ideal that no job is worth doing unless done right, and her attention to detail ensures that it will be.

Karen absolutely loves to be organized…but not as much as she loves a good laugh!  When not salivating over the latest Container Store catalog like “a kid in a candy store,” Karen enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, movies and of course…laughing!

Mari Ann Loucks

Marketing Coordinator

Mari Ann is a Michigan native and a graduate of Ferris State University with a degree in Public Relations and a concentration in Media Relations. She has experience working with clients in nonprofit organizations and small businesses. She has brought her passion for writing and community involvement to the Columbus area.

In her free time, Mari Ann enjoys traveling, trying new coffee shops and spending time with her fiancé, Jordan and their dog, Dixon.

Caroline Eldridge

Marketing Solutions Specialist

Caroline Eldridge graduated from Wittenberg University  and is a Cincinnati native. She has experience in office management and social media marketing, and event planning.

Caroline enjoys coaching high school lacrosse, having a good time with friends and family, traveling, and cheering on the Buckeyes!

Stephanie Morton

Marketing and Design Specialist

Stephanie is the graphic designer for Outreach Promotional Solutions but assists in Marketing efforts as well.  She previously worked as the main designer for a screen printing company before making the move to Columbus.  She holds a degree in Digital Design & Graphics from CSCC and would like to someday pursue a degree in Marketing as well.

When not working, Stephanie enjoys having a beer with her dog, Lunar, and her fiancé Ryan.

Janel Northington

Community Engagement Manager

Janel is a Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) and a graduate from Cleveland State University with a Master’s degree in Public Administration. She has experience working with event planners, hospitality industry professionals and supporting nonprofit groups within a volunteer role.

She loves networking, children’s causes, marketing, finding a good bargain and smiling everyday!

Sean Miller

Graphic Designer

Sean is a graduate of Ball State University, with a degree in Public Relations. She has experience working with clients in nonprofit, small business and corporate settings. As our creative manager, Sean’s enjoys working with clients to develop strategic collateral and creative design pieces.

She is a coffee lover and even works as a barista on the weekends. Outside of the office, Sean loves to spend time outdoors with her new hubby, Jenson and their pup, Libby.
